As a young adult, Capt. Ernest pursued another passion when he received his Associate of Arts Degree and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. When he is not serving as a fishing guide in Galveston, Capt. Ernest can be found teaching in the special education department at Hitchcock High School or coaching football, baseball & power lifting. Despite his passion for the outdoors and being a fishing guide, his greatest love is his family. His wife is an executive chef who includes her delicious recipes on our website weekly.
