Greg Verm, his brother Clint and their partner Earnest all helped our company orchestrate a month long company fishing tournament. The tournament was 11 separate trips of 3 to 4 people each, with 100% reporting a great time, great equipment and great fishing. Although many of us brought our own equipment, none of us used it because Greg’s equipment was better and ready to go. The guides worked as well with the inexperienced participants as they did the experienced. Everyone is already excited about doing it again next year. Greg, worked with our company to schedule the trips at our convnenience and re-schedule as possible with bad weather days. Each of the 11 trips had a company team leader whom the guide would contact several days before the trip to confirm launch time and location. Even though Greg and the other guides are on the water most of the time they were readily accessible via cell phone so the planning went smoothly.
