Well, flounder are definitely making a move in the shallows here in Galveston Bay.  We have not quite had the cool weather I hope for, but irregardless the flounder gigging in Galveston Bay is good.  Last night I had Nate, his Dad along with his Uncle for a flounder gigging charter .  They had their limits of flounder within three hours.  We found most of the flounder in less that 6 inches of water.  Bait fish are everywhere and also saw some nice Galveston Bay Redfish !  I know where we need to be fishing in November…

Texas Flounder Gigging is a great sport, and should be tried at least once….  Men, women and children all enjoy a nice cool night on Galveston Bay hunting for Flounder!
