The past few days we have had some spectacular success on our Galveston Fishing Charters.  The weather has warmed up and the fishing in Galveston is on Fire!  We have had very lite winds and the water temperatures have risen to the low to mid 60s. Our most success lately has come from the Jetty/Beach front Fishing Charters. Redfish, Speckled trout to 28 inches, Sheepshead over 10lbs, Giant Drum and whiting.  We specialize in Family Fishing Fun and encourage you to get your family on the water with us.  Check out the families that have enjoyed a great day on Galveston Bay with us here.

The speckled trout bite has been good on a slacking tide.  The best baits and rigs have been live shrimp under a popping cork in 8 to 10 foot of water.  This is a great time of year to catch a trophy speckled trout of a lifetime.

This has been the best year we have ever seen for Giant Sheepshead.  We have caught and landed numberous fish over 10 pounds!  This is going to be an amazing spawning season for sheepshead here in Galveston.  These fish are extremely fun to catch and even better table fare!

 

With the large amount of rainfall we experienced a week ago, the back lakes and marshes had been a little off colored.  The areas are now back to where they should be and redfish, speckled trout an flounder are being caught regularly.
